Q. How do I enroll my child in your center?
A. Your first step is to complete the online registration form. This must be done online as we do not have paper copies of our registration forms. We have found the software works best with Google Chrome. Once the office receives the registration we will bill your account the registration fee and you will receive an email to set up your parent portal email and password. You may then login and pay the registration fee. Once your registration fee is paid your child's spot is held.

*our assistant director is a notary so you can have this form notarized in the office.

*this form must be filled out by your child's doctor or a health department.

A. We implement the ABCJesusLovesMe curriculum for our toddlers through K4 children. With these units our staff will establish a developmentally appropriate lesson plan that will guide your child in the following areas of learning; Bible, Language, Literacy, Communication, Creative Arts, Music, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Social/Emotional Development. Each week your child will develop further with many activities including songs, books, manipulatives, crafts, games, discussions, and much more. A. We provide a daily breakfast for children arriving before 7:15. If your child arrives after 7:15 they will NOT be served breakfast. Snacks are provided as well. Parents are responsible for providing their child's lunch daily including a drink.
Q. Can you heat up or refrigerate my child's food?
A. No. All lunches must be ready to eat. If your child's food needs to be kept cool please pack an ice pack. Warm foods may be stored in a thermos.
Q. Do you accommodate food allergies?
A. Any food allergies must be documented on the child’s medical report by their physician. The daycare will not serve foods to your child that they have documented allergies to. Any substitutions for foods not able to be eaten must be made by the parent.

Billing
Q. Do you bill weekly or monthly?
A. Tuition bills weekly on Monday mornings.
Q. When is tuition due?
A. Tuition is due each week on Friday by 2pm. A late fee of $25 per child is assessed after 2pm.
Q. What forms of payment does your center accept?
A. Cash, Check and Credit/Debit cards. We have payment boxes located in the main foyer on the left hand wall. We ask that if you are paying with cash that you place it in an envelope with your child's name and the amount. If you are paying with check write your child's name in the memo. Credit/Debit card payments may be made online at parentportal.runsandbox.com.
Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. Yes. We offer a 10% 2nd child discount and a 10% active military discount.
Q. Do you offer auto-draft?
A. Yes. To enroll in auto-draft you will select the blue "enable automatic withdrawal" option on your parent portal. This can be found by clicking on settings and scrolling to the bottom of the page.
Q. How do I verify my checking account?
A. If you wish to add your checking account as your payment option you will first need to verify it. Once you add your checking account information you will receive two micro deposits into your account. You will need to watch daily for these deposits. Once you know the amounts you will enter them into the verify account boxes on your parent portal. These can be found on the setting page. Once these amounts are entered it will allow you to link your checking account to use as a payment method.
Q. Do I still have to pay if my child doesn't come?
A. Yes. Once your child is enrolled you are paying for their spot regardless if they attend or not. You will continue to bill weekly until they are officially un-enrolled from the center.
Q. Do you offer a vacation week?
A. Yes. If your child is enrolled year round in our center and has attended for a full year you are eligible to take a vacation week once a year. You will need to notify the office of when you would like to take your week and we will credit your account.
